About
We do not treat your well, pack the truck, or speak for the county
These Long Island pages are household guides. They are not a diagnosis, a lease, a warranty, or a moving contract.

If you have a private well in Suffolk, a kitchen tap, a parent still in the ranch, or a move this year, you can read these pages the way you would a neighbor who already lives here. That is the whole offer. Pipedeck is Gregory Freda in Kings Park. The writing is general information about the house you already have. It is not a contract with that house, and it is not a promise that your street matches a county number. Using the site means you accept this page.
What a Pipedeck page is
A Pipedeck page is a household guide. It is not medical advice, not legal advice, not a home inspection, and not a letter on county letterhead. If a doctor, a lawyer, a licensed plumber, or Suffolk County Health should be in the room, call them. We are not them. We do not come to the property. We do not draw a sample. We do not stand in the driveway with a clipboard and sign off on the ranch.
You do not open an account to read. You do not hire us by staying on the page. There is no client file. If you need a diagnosis, a lease, a title search, or a moving contract, those documents come from the people who actually write them. This URL is how to read the guides. It is not a second well page, and it is not a privacy page about what a visit leaves behind.
Each URL is one job. Open the page that matches this week. A well page is about a well. A tap page is about the kitchen tap. A moving page is about a truck. They do not add up to one combined story, and they are not a file Pipedeck keeps on your house. The same limit applies if you landed on a garage, a yard, or an aging-in-the-ranch page. Those rooms have their own URLs. These terms cover all of them.
We do not do the work
We write. Other desks do the work. A Suffolk private well test is a lab’s job, or the county’s $100 test at 631-852-5810. Pipedeck does not draw that sample and does not get the result. A PFAS filter is a product you buy and install. Reverse osmosis is the usual class when 1,4-dioxane is the worry. We can name the class. We cannot tell you what is in your glass this morning, and we do not fit the cartridge. That takes a test of your water, not a paragraph on this site.
If the question this week is staying in the ranch or packing it, open the house page or the moving page. Those are still guides. They are not a listing, not a lease, and not a truck reservation. We do not load boxes. We do not speak for a water district. We do not speak for Suffolk County Health.
If another guide has a buy button
This terms URL has no buy button. Some other Pipedeck pages do. When you click one, you leave this site and buy from that company, on that company’s terms, at that company’s price, under that company’s warranty. You do not pay Pipedeck, and you do not pay a second price. We may earn a commission from the shop. The longer explanation is on how we make money.
A return, a damaged box, a cartridge that does not fit, or a truck that does not arrive is that shop’s problem to solve. Do not ship the item to Kings Park. Do not ask Pipedeck to refund a card we never charged. The receipt you have is with the company you paid. We do not receive your well-lab PDF, your filter order, or your truck reservation. After you click, that shop’s checkout and privacy policy apply. Buttons on the guides stay on Pipedeck paths, so the public page does not have to name the shop.
Numbers are not a warranty for your street
Public numbers on the guides can be wrong for your street. A county well count, a drinking-water limit, a house-price figure, or a census line is not a warranty that your well, your tap, or your move will look like that average. We do not inspect the property before you read, and we do not update the page the morning a rule changes on your block.
We may change a page when a New York limit or a county program changes. Until you see a new date under the title, treat what you read as general. Last month’s wording is not a frozen promise. If you need this week’s rule for a closing, ask the county, the lab, or the attorney on that file — not this site.
Reading is not a contract
Opening Pipedeck does not make you a client. It does not create a lawyer-client relationship, an inspection contract, or an agency. You can share a link with family. You cannot hand a printout to a lender as proof about the house. You cannot tell an HOA, a landlord, or a listing agent that Pipedeck required a repair. These pages are not a punch list and not a violation.
If you follow a guide and the water is still a problem, we do not owe a fix. Call the people who work on houses. Nothing on this site creates a professional relationship: not medical, not legal, not engineering, not a real-estate agency, and not a moving company. If you need to know what this site keeps when you visit, that is Privacy. If you need the mailbox, that is Contact. If you want to know who writes, that is About.
New York law and the Kings Park mailbox
New York law applies to Pipedeck. Legal notices go to Gregory Freda, Pipedeck, 65 Cedar Street, Kings Park, NY 11754. There is no public phone on this site. Use that street for paper about the site. Do not mail a water sample to that address. Do not send a moving inventory. Do not send a filter for a refund. Well results go to the lab or the county. A truck goes to a mover.
If a later version of this page is posted, the new date at the top is the one that counts. We may refuse or remove a comment, a form, or a message if one ever appears; today there is no public inbox on purpose.

Common questions
Are these Long Island well and tap pages medical or legal advice?
No. They are household guides for a well, a tap, staying, aging, ticks, or a move. They are not a diagnosis, a lease, or a lawyer's letter. If you need a doctor, a lawyer, a plumber, or Suffolk County Health, call them.
If I click a buy link, who am I buying from?
You buy from that company, not from Pipedeck. You do not pay us extra. This terms page has no buy button. Buttons on the guides stay on Pipedeck paths. How a commission works is on the money page.
Does this terms page have a buy button?
No. This URL explains how to read the guides. Buy buttons, when they exist, live on the household pages themselves.
Do you test my Suffolk well or pack the moving truck?
No. A Suffolk private well test is a lab or the county (631-852-5810). A PFAS filter and 1,4-dioxane reverse osmosis are products you buy and install. A move is a truck you reserve. We write the page. We do not do the work.
What law applies to Pipedeck?
New York law. Write legal notices to Gregory Freda, Pipedeck, 65 Cedar Street, Kings Park, NY 11754. There is no public phone on this site.
Can I mail a water sample to Kings Park?
No. Do not mail a water sample or a moving inventory to 65 Cedar Street. Use that address for legal notices about the site. Well results go to the lab or the county. Questions about what we keep when you visit are on the privacy page.
If I buy a kit or a filter after a guide, whose warranty am I under?
The shop you paid. Pipedeck is not the seller, not the installer, and not the warranty desk. Returns, damage, a missing reservation, or a product that does not do what the box said belong with that company, on that company's terms.
Can I take a Pipedeck page to a closing or a lender as proof?
No. A Pipedeck page is not a lab report, a home inspection, a survey, a title search, or a county letter. A lender, an attorney, or a buyer who needs proof about the house needs those files from the people who actually produced them.
Do the numbers on a guide promise my street will match?
No. Public numbers on the guides can be wrong for your well, your tap, or your move. They are not a warranty that your house will look like a county average. Treat them as general until a test, a plumber, or a mover looks at your property.
Is Pipedeck a licensed plumber, lab, mover, or county office?
No. Pipedeck is Gregory Freda writing household guides in Kings Park. We do not hold a plumber's license, a lab certificate, a mover's authority, or a county badge. We do not speak for Suffolk County Health or a water district.
If I follow a guide and the water is still a problem, do you owe a fix?
No. Reading a page is not a service contract. If the tap is still a problem, call a licensed plumber, a lab, or Suffolk County Health. Pipedeck does not come to the house, does not refund a shop order, and does not owe a repair.
When a New York limit changes, is last month's page still a promise?
No. We may change a page when a New York drinking-water limit or a county program changes. Until you see a new date on that page, treat what you read as general information, not a frozen promise about this week's rule.
Can a listing, an HOA, or a landlord treat these guides as required work?
No. These pages are not a punch list, a violation, a work order, or a required repair. A listing packet, an HOA letter, or a lease still has to come from the people who have that authority. A Pipedeck link does not create it.
Does reading Pipedeck make me a client or create a contract?
No. There is no account. Opening a page does not hire us, does not start a lawyer-client relationship, and does not make Pipedeck your inspector, your agent, or your plumber. You can leave without signing anything.
Does Pipedeck come to the property?
No. We write household guides. We do not come to the ranch, we do not draw a sample, and we do not stand in the driveway with a clipboard. A plumber, a lab, or Suffolk County Health is the desk that walks the house.
Does Pipedeck install the PFAS filter I click?
No. A PFAS filter is a product you buy and install. We can name the class on the tap page. We do not fit the cartridge, we do not plumb the sink, and we are not the shop's installer.
Are Pipedeck pages on Suffolk County letterhead?
No. These pages are not a county letter, not a water-district notice, and not a health-department form. We do not speak for Suffolk County Health. If you need letterhead, call the county.
